Camp classes incorporate baseball strength training, conditioning, and throwing as well as arm care and velocity enhancement. The goal of this summer program is to further increase the explosive nature of throwing and hitting a baseball using ThrowZone’s core and leg strength conditioning systems, techniques unlike any other in Southern California.

Classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week.
Camp Session Times:
Morning class: 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Afternoon class: 12:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.
6 sessions (2 weeks): $200
9 sessions (3 weeks): $290
12 sessions (4 weeks): $370
