Starting in January 2013, ThrowZone will be offering group classes that will be focusing on arm care and conditioning, mechanical work, enhanced video analysis, velocity gains, flexibility and strength training and post recovery throwing. We have figured a new way to make your pitchers more durable and explosive different than the private sessions currently. Classes will be up to 3 days a week for 80 minutes each session. Times will be varied from 4p-8p.
