During this time of crisis and we are asked to stay at home, Throwzone Academy is showing ways that you can still stretch and keep in shape. These are warm up exercises we practice everyday at our Academy.
We are using the Bell Club to practice throwing. We use a Bell Club that has small weight on the bottom of it. You can use a mini bat that you may have collected at a MLB game or a rubber mallet if you do not own a Bell Club. We advise that you do this exercise outside or at the park.
