Two Weeks Left to Join Throwzone’s Youth Holiday Camp Training!!

As December has finally struck, it is an important time for all Throwzone players, old and new, to experience the training needed during the Holiday season with our 13th annual Holiday Camp Training!!

If you are looking for your son to continue with his baseball development, and he is sitting around the house getting in the way of Holiday decorations and gift wrapping, then Throwzone offers a couple hours 3/x week during both Christmas and New Year’s week to get out and train.

Our training protocols will be the perfect compliment to our continued learning and training for the younger player in mind!! Plus, we will have tons of fun so the players know that baseball is ALWAYS fun first will still learning and training daily!!

Training classes for our younger players (12 and under) begins Monday, December 23, as well as Thursday, December 26th. Our 2nd week will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, December 30th, 31st and January 2nd.

Younger players camp will begin at 1 – 3pm each of those days. Our camp consists of the following for younger campers:

*Dynamic stretch and agility conditioning

*Explosive activity conditioning that will focus on training the core and lower half

*Med-ball core strengthening

*Arm Care

*Deceleration and pronation stations

*Weighted ball protocols

*Mound work with mechanical assessments each day

*Post Arm conditioning

Players will do a certain version of this but it is more catered to the younger player and will be age equivalent.

Our younger players will be training their overall body to withstand the rigors of what multiple baseball games over a weekend entail, plus our training will assist in developing great arm strength and recovery which will lead to less stress on the arm especially in the beginning of the season (early January) when teams almost immediately start practicing right after New Year’s Day.

As of this writing, I have 6 spots available for our younger camps. Immediate attention to this is needed so that you are not shut out for a wonderful opportunity for your son.
