2026 Summer Velocity Enhancement and Arm Health Camp – 20th Anniversary
Session 1: June 8 – June 25
Session 2: June 29 – July 23
Despite rising costs across the board, Throwzone has made the decision to keep pricing unchanged this year—because serious players should always have access to elite development.
Program Overview
Throwzone Academy is pleased to announce our 20th Annual Summer Baseball Training Program.
Our very first camp included young players such as Tyler Glasnow and Trevor Bauer, along with many other professional and college pitchers over the years—setting the standard for what this program has become today.
Our summer training is a highly established strength, conditioning, and throwing protocol incorporating baseball-specific strength training, arm care, and velocity enhancement.
The goal of this program is to enhance the explosive nature of throwing through our core and leg strength systems—training methods not found anywhere else in Southern California.
Why Summer Training Matters
Summer training is vital to total player development. While players may compete in weekend games, the summer months should be focused on development without constant pressure from team practices.
The summer months are where true development happens—players who train with purpose consistently make the biggest jumps heading into the next season.
While showcase events and tournaments may seem valuable, development—not exposure—is what ultimately gets players to the next level.
Age Level:
The level of disciplined work warrants that we have ages 12-22.
There will be a Youth Summer Program that will be sent out over the next several days if not sooner.
